To One of my Favorite Peeps...

Hello Everyone...
Here I am again with another post for the
Joy's Life Design Team...
This week our challenge is to do any project
that is Easter or Spring related.
I have been so excited to do this project
because I wanted to use the
"To One of my Favorite Peeps" Stamp.
It's from the Joy's Life stamp set called
"Barnyard Puns"
My project for today is called
"Peep S'Mores"
Take a look...

I started off by using a quart size Mason jar.
Then I crushed one sleeve of graham crackers
into crumbs and combined it with
1/3 C of brown sugar. I took about 2/3's of this
crumb mixture and put it into the bottom of the jar
packing it down a little bit.  Once that was done,
I evenly poured about 1/4 cup of Easter M&M
candies on top. Then I arranged 7 peeps
standing up, with their faces out around the
inside of the jar. I pressed them ever so slightly
up against the glass but didn' t
squash them. After that I carefully
spooned the remaining crumb mixture into the
center of my peeps.  You'll want to press this down
a little bit just to keep it snug.
But, be careful not to smash the Peeps.
To finish it off, I poured another
1 1/4 C of M&M's on top.

I made a cute belly band using one of my
Martha Stewart punches. The label for the sentiment
was cut using my Silhouette Cameo.
The top of the jar is covered with a matching
piece of cardstock using my
2 1/2 inch Fiskars circle punch.
The instructions were printed from my computer
and layered with more matching cardstock to
create a cute tag hanging from a Pear Pin that I got
from Jillian Vance Design, some Twine
and Yellow ribbon.

You can get the stamp and all of the
Joy's Life stamp sets HERE

I hope you enjoyed my post for today!
